Refund policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns on unworn items purchased from our website within 14 days of the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You are responsible for safely packaging the item.  You are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.  Garman Grayson is not responsible for issues caused by third parties, including loss or damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@garmangrayson.com if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. A restocking fee will be withheld from all returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve accepted your return, please contact us at  info@garmangrayson.com.
